UnboxMyGift is the most trusted source for gifts and entertainment, which offers a personalized service to its customers aiming to address customers’ desire for a timely, cost-effective, and personal delivery of gifts.

How do I accept the Terms of Use?

Using any page of UnboxMyGift automatically means that you agree to all of its terms.

If I agree with the Terms of Use, does it mean that I am an UnboxMyGift Retailer or that I am having an obligation towards it?

No, accepting the terms does not mean that you are an UnboxMyGift Retailer. It means that you agree to adhere to these terms when navigating the page.

What is My Account?

Registering to (the) My Account (service) is free and allows you to retrieve your personal information the next time you visit our website, making it faster to place future orders. We’ll also provide you with an address book in which to store your recipient’s details, together with a log of orders previously placed. Please note that you do not have to have an account to place an order.

How do I become a registered customer of UnboxMyGift?

To become a customer of UnboxMyGift you must sign up by entering your email account and selecting a username/password combination of your choice.

If my account is deactivated or deleted, am I entitled to register or use UnboxMyGift's services again?

No, if your account is deactivated or deleted, you are not allowed to use the customers’ services again unless authorized by UnboxMyGift. However, you can still use the general services of the page as a simple anonymous visitor.

Who is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data that I submit to UnboxMyGift?

You have sole responsibility for the accuracy of the data that will be submitted to UnboxMyGift.

Who is responsible for the information I submit at any point on the page?

You have sole responsibility for the information you submit at any point on the page. The information you provide to UnboxMyGift should not:

  • Be false
  • Mislead the other customers
  • Be opposed to the UK and European legislation
  • Contain viruses or other programs that can cause damage

Is UnboxMyGift entitled to check and process the information I provide?

In all cases, UnboxMyGift checks the information you submit at any point on the page. At the same time it may, if deemed appropriate, process/delete this information to avoid violating its terms or legislation.

UnboxMyGift may use part or all of the data/information that you have entered for statistical purposes and for improving the services provided.

Does deleting my account mean deleting my previous orders, too?

By deleting your account, all your personal information is being deleted as well, except for your previous orders.

How does UnboxMyGift protect the personal data of underage visitors/members of the page?

UnboxMyGift respects the personal data of all users and especially that of underage visitors/customers. Underage visitors/customers of the page are under no obligation to submit their personal information. To protect underage visitors/visitors, UnboxMyGift deletes their personal information as soon as their age is made known.

How do I become a vendor of UnboxMyGift?

To become a vendor of UnboxMyGift you should send a request to vendors@unboxmygift.com and the team of UnboxMyGift will contact you within 48 hours.

From where does UnboxMyGift derive information on the technical characteristics of its products?

UnboxMyGift’s cooperating Retailers are responsible for providing the technical characteristics of the products. Corrections to the technical features may take place after the product appears displayed on UnboxMyGift, provided that the Retailer has been previously notified of an error.

From where does UnboxMyGift derive information on the price and availability of its products?

UnboxMyGift’s cooperating Retailers are responsible for the price and availability of its products.

When is information on the price and availability of the products displayed on UnboxMyGift updated?

The information on the availability of the products displayed on UnboxMyGift is automatically renewed whenever a purchase occurs. The price can be changed by each Retailer at will (at least 24 hours in advance).

One what does the appearance of results depend when searching for products?

The appearance of results when searching for products depends on the use of keywords in the search field.

Can I include a personal message with my order?

You can add your personal message with every gift you send by using the Wishes field on each product’s page.

How are the gifts packaged?

All Retailer-delivered / Courier-delivered gifts will be beautifully and stylishly wrapped. Your personal message will be displayed on a lovely greeting card.

Ordering

How do I amend an order?

If you would like to change the details of an order you have recently placed, please contact us via email at customerservice@unboxmygift.com.

Can I send my order anonymously?

Yes, the recipient of your gift will receive the information that will have been written in the card message field.

Therefore, if the card message does not include your name, the recipient will have no way of knowing who sent the gift. If the recipient requests information regarding the person that sent the order, this will not be divulged without your permission.

Please note that all customer details provided for credit card verification purposes are covered by the Data Protection act; such details cannot be divulged without the sender’s prior consent.

How much are shipping/delivery charges?

There are no delivery/shipping charges.

What method of payment do you accept?

We are pleased to (inform you that we) accept all major debit and credit cards:

How will I know my order has been successful?

An email will be sent to you when your order is completed.

Delivery

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, you can check all the available delivery dates for a particular product by using the calendar featured on the checkout page.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Because there is no specific field in which to state the desired time of delivery, you may write it on the note section. Standard Delivery by our Retailers can occur at any time during their daily operating hours, between 8 am and 6 pm.

How will I know when my gift has been delivered?

An email will be sent to you after the delivery of your order.

How many days in advance should I place my order?

Your order should be placed at least two (2) working days before your preferred delivery date. In the case of custom-made products, your order should be placed no later than the two (2) working days mentioned above (that time differs/varies between Retailers).

What happens if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?

The distributor will contact the recipient first to arrange a mutually agreed upon delivery time.

In case something occurs, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient, advising them of the attempted delivery and proposing a new delivery date. If that date is not convenient, then the recipient can contact the retailers/courier depot and schedule an alternative delivery date or arrange collection.
