You can shop in AED – United Arab Emirates dirham (د.إ), AUD – Australian dollar ($), CAD – Canadian dollar ($), DKK – Danish krone (DKK), EUR – Euros (€), GBP – Pounds sterling (£), SEK – Swedish krona (kr), CHF – Swiss franc (CHF), USD – United States Dollars ($)
To shop in the currency of your choice, go to the footer menu, click on the drop-down menu, at the right, and select the desired currency.
Payment failed
There could be a number of reasons why your payment is not going through. We suggest that you try the following (in order to complete your payment and order):
- Make sure you have entered all the digits of the card as well as the security code from the back correctly
- Try another card. It may be that your card issuer has declined your payment – as they do not give us a reason for this, we would recommend you check with the card provider or contact your bank.
Payment verification
All orders placed on UnboxMyGift must go through our secure payment verification process. This entails our requesting further information to ensure that you are indeed the cardholder and are therefore authorised to make the payment. In cases where we deem there to be a potential issue with the payment, we may cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch.
