Zacharias

We always wanted to do objects inspired by art history, so we kept focusing on that as it is something that really awakes our hearts and makes us work with passion. We create and produce art, design, accessories, and crafts. Our main goal is to express our unique personal perspective through design and share it with people, as well as to keep learning, going forward, and taking new steps. We do silk screen printing, fabric accessories and clothes, leather, and acrylic accessories, homeware, stationary items, and we produce printed art and illustrations. We also carry out most of the production processes in our space. Our collections are focused on art pieces from different periods of art history, from very early Ancient Greek pieces to the 20th century abstract movements.

The creative team is formed by co-founders Zacharias Petrakis and Alejandro Hernández. Zacharias was born in Crete, Greece. He left his island to study Fine Arts, in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. His specialization is Sculpture. Alejandro was born in Sevilla, Spain. He is an Art director and Graphic designer. He graduated from the Escuela de Arte Número 10 in Madrid.

Our production is placed in our Space in Exarcheia, a neighborhood renowned for being Athens’ historical center of all kinds of different political and intellectual activism, located in downtown Athens, the city we love, for its historical and contemporary underground contexts.
