Returns & Exchanges

Gift’s recipient: Exchanging a gift

We hope that you will love your gift but we understand that sometimes you might have wished for something different. Our Retailers’ return policy states that you have 14 days from the receipt of your gift to return it directly to the Retailer for an exchange. You can find the Retailer’s address and contact information on the exchange cards accompanying your gift.

Returned items must comply with our return policy to be accepted by our Retailers:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
  • Lingerie and swimwear must be tried on over your undergarments. Our Retailers will not accept any returned items that have been worn or soiled.
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including all branded packaging and documents provided.
  • Handmade and Custom-made gifts: Due to the nature of customised orders and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Please take care when trying on your gifts and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Please note that you can return your gift directly to the Retailer only for an exchange and not for a refund.

Each and every one of our Retailers has the right to apply their own return policy.

Gift’s buyer: Refund request

UnboxMyGift will evaluate your Refund Request Reason and once the return has been approved and received by our Retailer, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Once the transaction is complete, we will notify you via email. Please send your Refund Request via email at customerservice@unboxmygift.com.

Please note that refunds are not optional in the event that the recipient does not accept the gift.
